If you have an existing account, log in. If you don’t, you will need to create one.

Note: You may need to search for "Poway Youth / Spartans" if prompted.

Step 2
Click Here to Register with the League and Club
If you have an existing account, log in. If you don’t, you will need to create one.
Click on "My Registrations" and scroll down until you see "Registering as a Player"
Select your player's name under "2026 Player"
Fill out player's information and waivers. Be sure to update your player's sizes as well.
Note: There may be a small glitch requiring you to uncheck and recheck the box indicating you completed your USA Rugby registration already.
Additionally, we are pleased to offer the following discount codes:
Active Duty Military: Use code MILITARY10 for a 10% discount on registration.
Families: Use code SIBLING25 to get $25 off for each additional sibling after the first.

Referral Program

Refer a new player to Spartan Youth Rugby.

When they register and mention your name in the "referred by" field, you'll qualify for a 20% rebate on your registration fee.

Refer more friends, and you can stack up the discounts!

Receive up to a 100% rebate of your club and league registration fees!
Qualifying criteria:

Parent or child/player full name must be listed in the SCYR registration via MatchFacts

Registering player listing the referral must be a new player. (i.e. hasn’t played for Spartans since Sept. 1st, 2024)

Five referrals will result in the maximum rebate

Rebate only applies to the Club registration costs (see step 2 above) paid by the family for a single player (rebates will not be offered if there is no registered player in the household). Does not apply to USA Rugby or SCYR fees.

Last day of promo is December 12, 2025. After which, rebates will be paid out via Venmo, PayPal, or check.
